According to forecasts, by 2050, around a quarter of the world’s population will be living in Africa. For novomind, this was one more reason to expand our internationalisation strategy to this continent, and so in 2021, we opened our own sales office in Cape Town, South Africa.

 

Here, as a member of the Contact Centre Management Group (CCMG), an association of like-minded professionals and organisations, we advocate for the development of contact centre services in South Africa. And with our omnichannel contact centre system novomind iAGENT, we also create a direct technological foundation for this.

 

In addition, we are advancing the digitalisation of the African economy with our digital commerce offer: our novomind iPIM, novomind iSHOP and novomind iMARKET solutions can be perfectly tailored to the specific requirements of heterogeneous African markets.
