Flexible working hours

Our flexitime model with a core working time of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. gives you the flexibility to arrange your own working hours. If more work is needed, you can be compensated by time off in lieu.

A good work-life balance

21 days of leave, individual part-time models, and the option of a sabbatical – being family-friendly is very important to us.

Remote working

All employees can work remotely, but to maintain personal contact, our teams meet at the office two to four times a month when possible.

Further training

We give every employee free access to the e-learning platform Udemy as well as individual internal and external training as needed.
