Our flexitime model with a core working time of 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. gives you the flexibility to arrange your own working hours. If more work is needed, you can be compensated by either time off in lieu or paid overtime.
30 days of leave, individual part-time models, and the option of a sabbatical – being family-friendly is very important to us.
All employees can work remotely, but to maintain personal contact, our teams meet at the office two to four times a month when possible.
