We are delighted to invite you to novoinsight once again this year, taking place on 16 November 2026. This year’s theme is “Mission AI Possible” – from technological possibilities to practical applications.

The 21st edition of novoinsight brings together decision-makers, experts and users from digital commerce and customer service to help shape the future of intelligent business processes. The focus is on the latest developments in AI, practical use cases and how companies can successfully harness new technologies to their advantage.

You can look forward to inspiring presentations, engaging discussions and valuable insights from novomind experts, customers, partners and external speakers. Together, we will explore current trends, share experiences from real-world projects and demonstrate how innovation can create genuine value for companies and their customers.

Alongside expert insights and fresh perspectives, novoinsight offers plenty of opportunities for personal exchange and networking. The day concludes with our after-show party at East Hamburg, where conversations can continue, new connections can be made and ideas can be developed further together.

Look forward to the next novoinsight with an exciting agenda with many insights around the topics of digital commerce and customer service.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Grand Elysée from 9.30 am. This will give you plenty of time to arrive at your leisure and get ready for the day ahead. At 10.30 am, we will kick off the programme under the theme “Mission AI Possible” with a joint opening session and a keynote.

In the afternoon, the programme will continue with two parallel tracks: Digital Commerce and Customer Service, each offering space for engaging topics, fresh perspectives and personal conversations. The programme will end at 6 pm. From 6.30 pm, we will meet again at East Hamburg and round off the day together at our after-show party.
