The Asian markets present exciting and challenging opportunities for our AI-powered contact centre software, novomind iAGENT, and we have decided to open our regional headquarters in Singapore in 2021 to better serve these markets. The office will cover Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
In the months following our launch, we were honoured to obtain our first reference project with the support of the Singapore government. By June 2022, seniors in need of assistance were able to request support in real time via the National ACES HelpLife Care Hotline, thanks to the technological capabilities of our omnichannel contact centre system, novomind iAGENT.
