AI agents in e-commerce and many face-to-face networking – novomind at K5 in Berlin

Celebrating with an anniversary cake at the novomind bar and hosting a packed AI agent masterclass, novomind showcased the invigorating blend of artificial intelligence and human interaction at the K5 congress trade fair.

With around 5,000 participants and over 200 exhibitors, this year’s K5 Future Retail Conference was the most successful in its history. On 24 and 25 June, the e-commerce community of retailers, brands and software specialists met in Berlin under the theme “Into the Flow”. The event covered a wide range of topics, from AI agents and shopping assistants to marketplace optimisation and omni-channel commerce, all centred around the digital retail world with a strong emphasis on efficiency and practical application.

In addition to showcasing its highly sought-after AI-based solutions for automating key customer processes, novomind prioritised face-to-face networking this year. The novomind bar in Hall 2 became a bustling hub for personal meetings and in-depth professional exchanges about novomind iSHOP, novomind iPIM, and novomind iMARKET from the digital commerce portfolio of the Hamburg-based software experts. Many discussions also focused on the omni-channel communication centre novomind iAGENT for effective customer service.

Masterclass draws a crowd: “AI agents revolutionise e-commerce”

At the novomind masterclass on the first day of the trade fair, visitors got up close in the truest sense of the word. The one-hour session “AI agents revolutionise e-commerce” by Jean-Philipp Helmig and Luca Knobloch attracted so many interested K5 visitors that the venue of the highly topical presentation on smart automation, scalable solutions and AI-based shopping assistants was packed, making the masterclass a complete success.

25 years of novomind – anniversary cake and ginger shots at the novomind bar

2025 marks the 25th anniversary of novomind, which was also duly celebrated at K5 with a birthday cake, refreshing ginger shots, lots of confetti and numerous customers, partners, friends and trade fair visitors at the novomind bar.

There was so much “flow” at this year’s K5 in Berlin that novomind is already looking forward to next year’s event.
