novomind’s IT trainee team is growing: After the first six trainees in August 2023, we are welcoming seven new IT specialist trainees this year.
They began their dual training in application development and system integration on 1 August. Four of them will work at our headquarters in Hamburg, two in Rostock and the seventh in Lübeck.
Training as an IT specialist takes three years. Application development focuses on software development and programming for digital commerce and customer service. It also includes regular updating and maintenance, IT support and advice on issues such as data security. Systems integration involves the planning and configuration of IT systems. This includes advising on the selection of systems and setting them up specifically to meet customer requirements.
Since 2023, novomind has also been offering training for IT professions that do not require a higher education entrance qualification. novomind offers an ideal environment for dual training as an IT specialist: exciting projects and the development of customised solutions in a variety of industries and application scenarios ensure a multi-faceted, practice-oriented preparation for the profession.
