novomind welcomes the next generation of IT talent

novomind’s first trainees have successfully completed their dual training as IT specialists. Congratulations on this achievement!

novomind has been training IT specialists in system integration and application development since 2023. These dual training programmes last for three years. This year, our first five trainees successfully completed their training at our Hamburg and Rostock sites. In August, our remaining 13 trainees will begin their second or third year of training. In addition, novomind will welcome four new trainees.

System integration involves planning and configuring IT systems. This includes advising on system selection and tailoring set-ups to meet specific customer requirements. Application development focuses on software development and programming for digital commerce and customer service. It also covers regular updates and maintenance, IT support and advice on areas such as data security.

Three graduates from our first cohort of IT specialist trainees will continue their journey with novomind. We’re delighted to welcome Tahera to our team in Hamburg, and Victor and Mathis to our team in Rostock!

“I’m looking forward to new challenges that will help me continue to grow,” says Mathis, following the successful completion of his training as an IT specialist in application development at novomind’s Rostock site. What he values most is the working environment at novomind: “You can talk to anyone and you always get help. You are also fully integrated into the team right from the start.” He hopes that everyone beginning their training at novomind will feel as well supported as he has.

“The colleagues are very friendly and helpful, so you quickly feel at home,” confirms Tahera. She completed her training as an IT specialist in system integration at novomind’s headquarters in Hamburg and is looking forward to continuing her career at novomind, gaining new experience and expanding her knowledge through exciting projects.
