TIME TO RE:CONNECT – novoinsight 2022 off to a flying start

With more than 400 visitors, novoinsight 2022 has been a particularly special affair. Following a three-year break due to the pandemic, we could once again meet face-to-face to discuss the business of digital commerce and customer service, as well as trends in these areas. Innovation and automation, efficiency and sustainability – and Emil

Emil is two years old and is the grandson of Ranga Yogeshwar, a scientific journalist and keynote speaker at this year’s novoinsight. On 17th November, at novomind’s event of the year, Yogeshwar showed over 400 visitors the future that Emil will grow up and reside in: a digital world in which much of the fiercely debated and eagerly tested technology we’re developing is taken for granted.

And this is exactly what the 17th novoinsight was about: automation and innovation were two of the hottest topics. The latest developments in digital commerce and customer service were discussed, tested and presented in best-case scenarios.  Accessible digital business.  And this against the backdrop of responsible management and sustainable use, for instance in the form of intelligent returns management. Innovation as a driving force for forward-looking change.

Digital transformation is everywhere and alters our lives – in commerce as much as in medical research and in day-to-day healthcare, in the financial sector as well as in energy supply and administration. Intelligent software plays a central role in everything – and targeted AI use increasingly leads to crucial acceleration in development processes. Those who use AI intelligently, and with a set goal in mind, can shape the future.

Using real-life and practical examples, the image of a modern, digital community evolved on the novoinsight stage: automated processes for a more humanised customer service. Cen-tralised omnichannel platforms as a future model for brand shops in the retail and the textile industries. Complex IT infrastructures simplified by bespoke, intelligent software. And: trends, experience, and success stories from the booming economic regions of Asia and Middle East Africa (MEA).

Emil’s future world will be different from ours. And yet it’s already being created today. At novoinsight 2022, more than 400 visitors have already seen a glimpse.

Of course, even with all the future prospects, we can’t forget to have fun in the here and now. So we danced the night away at the After show Party at the GAGA Club on the Reeperbahn.
