This time really everyone is breaking new ground – the leading trade fair for digital marketing DMEXCO will for the first time take place completely online. The reasons are well known. But nobody knows how the two trade fair days on 23 and 24 September will really be. novomind is curious about this experiment and will therefore also take part in this extraordinary year. Under the motto #novomind DMEXCO @home, the Hamburg software developers have put together a strong program.

“Pioneering spirit, creativity and the courage to develop intelligent new solutions are part of novomind’s DNA,” says David Spaeth, Head of Marketing at novomind. “This is one of the reasons why we would like to try out the virtual DMEXCO and are happy to participate with some of our partners.” Three master classes are at the heart of the program, which will be partly presented in cooperation with novomind partners.

The next evolutionary stage of e-commerce will be discussed under the title “Competitive advantage contextual commerce: taking the customer experience to the next level”. How will the online shopping world of tomorrow look like and what has to be considered?

novomind partner PRISCA will focus on the increasing importance of high-quality product data and their management for business success. “PIM as a basis for B2B and B2C commerce – solutions for highly complex requirements” uses the example of the automotive aftermarket of the premium brand Audi to examine the changing demands of large manufac-turers with regard to product range diversity, multibrand concepts, complex data models, processes and workflows. What must modern PIM systems offer to supply all sales channels with relevant product data?

In its master class, novomind partner EXCONCEPT asks the international question “Voulez-vous sell? That’s why multichannel commerce pays off in French online marketplac-es”. How can a product portfolio be quickly and fully automatically be launched in the most popular French marketplaces and increase sales while keeping IT system costs low with the help of the novomind iMARKET  marketplace software?
