Relaunch: fashion company relies on SHOP and PIM system from a single source / High performance, dynamics and user-friendliness for a customer-centered shopping experience
Munich-based fashion company HALLHUBER GmbH has launched a new online shop using a software infrastructure from novomind AG to support its strategic repositioning. novomind iSHOP from the Hamburg-based expert for intelligent commerce and customer service software replaces the Magento shop system used to date with immediate effect. At the same time, the novomind iPIM product information management system was introduced to ensure a centralized and efficient supply of up-to-date, high-quality product data. Büro112 and creativestyle, a novomind partner company, were responsible for the design and implementation of the front-end.

The new online platform www.hallhuber.com offers visually elaborate theme worlds that present current looks in large, attractive product, mood and moving images. Additional inspiration and tips on fashion trends are provided by the HALLHUBER Magazine, which novomind has integrated directly into the online shop. Users are now effectively directed to the appropriate categories and products. The in-memory technology used guarantees fast search results at all times.
novomind iSHOP ensures high performance, dynamics and user-friendliness. The cloud-based, innovative and modular real-time shop system ensure the optimal presentation of all shop areas in fully responsive design on all end devices and thus follows HALLHUBER’s clearly defined “mobile-first” approach. It also improves the SEO ranking through short page loading times. In addition, it offers other new features for a customer-centered shopping experience. The new Quick-Shop function allows desired articles to be placed directly into the shopping cart without intermediate clicks on the product information. Finding the right garments is made easy by the optimized search field and more filter functions, which now enable items to be sorted individually by occasion, color, pattern, price, material, length and even sustainability. Another new practical feature is the availability alert, which may be used to be automatically notified when a desired item is available again in the right size.
novomind iPIM supports the shop technology with premium product information management. The PIM system serves as a central hub to quickly and reliably supply the online shop with real-time information through a specialized product experience data model with great depth and high dynamics for export.
