"As part of our e-commerce strategy, we therefore wanted our online store to reflect this more strongly," explains Julia Willikonsky, Head of E-Commerce at FALKE. The brand worlds of FALKE and Burlington were to be made available online worldwide with country-specific offers. "The store system we had been using until then did not allow us to make content changes ourselves quickly and easily," says Willikonsky. The relaunch was decided. The previous store software was to be replaced.
