Automatic product texts via ChatGPT / novomind AI hub: OpenAI integrated into novomind iPIM as standard / Hall 1, Booth 31
Hamburg, 5 June 2023 – For successful omni-channel commerce, it is not only every channel that counts but also every detail. This includes high-quality product information and copy. At the K5 Future Retail Conference in Berlin (20/21 June), the software experts at novomind AG will be demonstrating how ChatGPT can be used to create and use product texts efficiently. The new novomind feature will be presented for the first time at K5 (Hall 1, Booth 31).
“With OpenAI integrated into our novomind iPIM, ChatGPT can be used to generate large volumes of automated product texts in a matter of seconds,” says Markus Rohmeyer, CPO – Product Management at novomind. “In this way, we create real added value for our customers and their digital commerce from the current hype topic of the hour”. Unstructured product texts from suppliers can now also be automatically converted into structured attributes. This improves the quality of product information in all sales channels and saves a great deal of working time. Integration takes place via the novomind AI Hub, which is able to integrate a large number of internal and external AI services, not only OpenAI, but also text robots from AX Semantics or automatic translations via DeepL or Google. Visitors to the novomind stand at K5 will be able to see for themselves just how quickly and precisely this works.
Automation processes will also be a topic on stage. The novomind Masterclass “From administrator to innovator: how product content automation can boost your business“ (20 June, 14:00 – 15:00 h, Estrel Auditorium, 1st floor, room 8) will take a look at how artificial intelligence can help to improve the customer experience while at the same time increasing profitability.
Also on 20 June (15:30 h, Experience Stage 1, Hall 2), the focus will be placed on the fascination of wine, more specifically on the benefits of a multi-brand enabled technology platform. Hawesko Holding (Hanseatisches Wein und Sekt Kontor) currently combines four top brands of the Hawesko Group on a central platform based on novomind iSHOP and novomind iPIM. The shop system and the product information management system offer the flexibility and adaptability that are required for tailored solutions to achieve the highest possible degree of personalisation. Hawesko has thus reached an entirely new level of personal wine recommendations that goes far beyond the logic of conventional algorithms. What is the secret of this “Hawesko Wine ID”? This will be revealed by Souha Arbach, who has overall responsibility for Hawesko Group’s digital commerce platform.
