First novomind iPIM, then novomind iSHOP: GRUBE relies on winning duo

One should always be able to rely on one’s equipment – whether roaming around in the wild or doing e-commerce. This is why GRUBE KG Forstgerätestelle, a mail order specialist for forestry and hunting equipment, has decided to replace its existing systems with software infrastructure from novomind. GRUBE operates 14 European online stores and sub-shops in six languages. Headquartered in Bispingen, Germany, the company, which looks back on a long tradition, operates in ten other European countries and offers more than 30,000 products from A for axe to Z for zippers.

In late 2020, GRUBE already introduced novomind iPIM as the central product data management system with the iPIM Print module ensuring efficient data publishing and simplifying the production of the various GRUBE mail order catalogs. In March 2021, the company then started to switch its previous Shopware shop system to novomind iSHOP. Going forward, GRUBE wants to fully benefit from the strong and stable performance as well as the scalability ensured by the perfect interaction between novomind iPIM and novomind iSHOP from a single source.

GRUBE’s existing agency, web-netz from Lüneburg, is the project partner and new novomind iSHOP solution provider. Among other things, web-netz will set up the new frontend and, after completion of this first joint project, take care of the next rollouts as well as the technical support for GRUBE’s online shops.
