The office covers Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines. In the months following our launch, we were honoured to obtain our first reference project with the support of the Singapore government. By June 2022, seniors in need of assistance were able to request support in real time via the National ACES HelpLife Care Hotline, thanks to the technological capabilities of our omnichannel contact centre system, novomind iAGENT.
