At this year’s DMEXCO, novomind will show how messenger commerce can make the customer journey even more personalized. On 12 and 13 September, the Hamburg-based developers will present their full software package in Cologne. Comprising novomind iSHOP, novomind iPIM, novomind iMARKET and novomind iAGENT, the novomind software package provides everything that is needed for modern omni-channel commerce from a single source. This also includes social media and messaging as real-time service components.

“We have placed messenger commerce at the heart of our exhibit, as we always have our customers’ customers in mind when developing new solutions,” says Stefan Grieben, COO of novomind. “And today’s users simply take messenger services such as WhatsApp and Facebook for granted anywhere, also when shopping. This is why we offer these channels as well.” And as far as WhatsApp is concerned, novomind does so almost exclusively. As one of the first WhatsApp Business solution providers in Europe, novomind has been able to install the official Business interface (API) of the successful global messenger service for enterprises and institutions since the launch of the WhatsApp Business solution on 1 August.

The integration of WhatsApp underlines the multi-channel approach of the centralized novomind iAGENT communications platform. Flexibility in customer service opens up opportunities for incremental sales also for online shops. The customized chat service makes it possible to advise customers throughout their journey. 

A strategy geared to flexibility and efficiency is a precondition for successful omni-channel commerce. novomind iSHOP and novomind iPIM are two powerful solutions that provide the foundation for building up and expanding a modern, customer-friendly online shop. The shop system and the PIM system are ideally matched and scalable. novomind iSHOP may be used in a variety of different scenarios – from the standard basic shop (Quickstart Store) to complex, highly customized enterprise solutions. The individually extendable novomind iPIM platform maps all product information processes from the supplier to the customer across any distribution channel and thus supports the high performance of the corresponding shop system.

The commerce package is rounded off by novomind iMARKET, the customized standard software for strategic marketplace business. It ensures automated integration into all relevant national and international marketplaces.

At this year’s DMEXCO, novomind will present the complete service potential in the field of commerce and customer service software including the latest possibilities opened up by messenger commerce. All SaaS solutions will be available for live demonstrations and individual tests.

Just like DMEXCO, the global business and innovation fair itself, novomind will present even more facets in Cologne than in the past. Six partners – creativestyle GmbH, e-velopment GmbH, FIEGE Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG, Otto Group Solution Provider (OSP) GmbH, piazza blu² GmbH and SILPION IT-Solutions GmbH – will present their commerce and customer service solutions together with the Hamburg software experts at a booth that is much larger than in previous years (Hall 7 / Booth C-019). These long-standing business and solution partners will make up this year’s team for successful omni-channel commerce in Cologne and certainly have a lot to say about this interesting topic.
