Together with Deutsche Post, novomind has won the Quality Award 2015 of Call Center Verband Deutschland e.V. (CCV – German Call Center Association) in the “IT Innovations” category. The most prestigious award of the German call and contact center industry was presented in Berlin on 12th November 2015 on the occasion of the CCV’s Annual Conference. The six-strong panel of judges awarded the prize for the new “POSTIDENT durch Videochat” video identification procedure.
novomind was represented at the award ceremony by Sylvia Feja, Head of E-Communication. “The award honours the shared performance of the team, who cooperated perfectly on this project. We always aim to develop software products offering maximum user-friendliness,” Sylvia Feja said. For “POSTIDENT durch Videochat”, the Hamburg-based software experts refined their “novomind iCHAT" module on the basis of WebRTC (Web Real Time Communication). The judges were impressed with how effectively the new product is used by Deutsche Post. The project combines chat, video, mobile terminals and PCs, which, according to the judges, perfectly lives up to the award’s motto to develop innovations that help optimise the customer service experience.
