From 24. to 26. February 2015 the industry, once again, met at the biggest European congress fair for customer service, customer communication and call centre business in Berlin. novomind also held its traditional novomind customer dinner which is hosted during this event. Here the novomid e-communication division invited guests to a networking dinner in the rooftop garden restaurant of the German Bundestag. In the festive setting of the Berlin parliament building, guests had the opportunity to exchange ideas and opinions and discuss topics and trends in personal talks whilst select delicacies were served.
This year, novomind was also the official sponsor of the CCW for the first time. Under the motto “Get Open”, the software experts offered – on a much bigger trade fair stand – many opportunities for guests to gain an insight into the e-communication division and get to know the extensive service portfolio of the software solutions better. New technologies, international orientation and the integration of external products in the novomind systems were the focus of the trade fair stand.
novomind iAGENT 9, the latest version of the key product of the e-communication division, was also presented. The web based communication solution joins all contact channels (e-mail, chat, fax, letter, telephone, social media) across one single user interface. Audio and video chat are now also an integral element of the novomind iAGENT 9. Hereby novomind uses the new technology standard WebRTC (Web Real Time Communication) to enable an immediate conversation start with only one click and without any additional download. “Customers are increasingly asking for personal contact and a whole new dimension of online customer service is opening up for companies,” said Sylvia Feja, e-communications division manager at novomind.
The next CCW will be held from 23. to 25. February 2016.
