novomind garners five-star rating as one of “Hamburg’s Best Employers in 2019”

novomind AG is once again among the top performers in Hamburg’s renowned “Best Employers” award. This is the eleventh time that the software developers from Hamburg’s Bramfeld district have won the coveted title. A five-star rating places novomind among the top award-winners. The price ceremony was held on the evening of 17 January at the Museum of Anthropology.

“The ‘Hamburg’s Best Employers’ award is highly regarded in the city, as it also stands for corporate culture and team spirit,” says Stefan Grieben, Management Board member of novomind, whose responsibilities include human resources management. “A five-star rating and a place among the award-winners for the eleventh consecutive time is a great recognition which makes us proud. A big thank-you therefore goes to the whole novomind team. Together, we fill our corporate culture with life every day.”

novomind has been growing continuously for many years. Last year saw the company open two new locations, i.e. a distribution company in Dubai and a branch in Rostock. And in August novomind became one of the few official WhatsApp Business solution providers worldwide.  novomind enables enterprises and institutions to swiftly and efficiently integrate the official WhatsApp Business interface (API), which has been available since 1 August, into their customer service. Over 300 novomind employees currently manage regional, Germany-wide and international software projects of more than 220 customers. The renewed 5-star rating as one of Hamburg’s Best Employers will make the company even more attractive to new staff.

“We are always on the lookout for talented people,” confirms Stefan Grieben. This applies to both developers and project managers.
