novomind presents new version of novomind iAGENT at the Call Center World in Berlin

Hamburg-based software firm is official sponsor for first time / Motto “Get Open” / novomind iAGENT 9 offers new possibility of online live advice / Audio and video chat/ Specialist lectures

“Get Open” – this is the motto under which Hamburg-based software firm novomind will exhibit at the Call Center World, Europe’s leading event for customer service, customer communications and call centers in Berlin from 24 to 26 February 2015 (Hall 4, Booth D8/E9). The novomind booth will focus on new technologies, the international orientation of its products and systems and the integration of external products into novomind systems, complemented by lectures held by the company’s own experts. This year will also see novomind act as official sponsor of the CCW for the first time

New and user-friendly solutions for professional communications
Customers and their needs are at the heart of the development work of novomind. Acting as official sponsor of the CCW for the first time, novomind has chosen the motto “Get Open” for this year’s exhibit to document the user friendliness, the flexible integration and the international orientation of its products and systems. Our E-Communication solution is so simple and comfortable to use that no user manual is required,” says Sylvia Feja, Head of E-Communication at novomind.

The company’s E-Communication unit will present the latest version of its key product in the form of novomind iAGENT 9: The web-based communication solution pools all contact channels (e-mail, chat, fax, letter, phone, social media) via a single user interface. Audio and video chats are now also integral elements of novomind iAGENT 9. novomind uses the new WebRTC (Web Real Time Communication) standard to facilitate an immediate start of the chat without additional download. “We are convinced that both channels will very soon cause a massive movement in the online world, as more and more customers want to offer users the possibility of personal contacts,” Sylvia Feja explains. Moreover, companies will be able to take online consulting to a whole new dimension.

Two presentation areas: Hall 4, Booth D8/E9
Visitors will be able to test all solutions and products live and extensively. novomind will present new and proven products on two large presentation areas at Booth D8/E9 in Hall 4.

Moreover, novomind experts will hold two lectures on one of the key topics chosen by the company for this year’s exhibition. The “Integration of audio and video chats into your service center” will be presented twice, namely on 24 February, 4 p.m., in Hall 4 and on 25 February, 1 p.m., in Hall 3.
