novomind clients FONIC and Sixt sparkle as test winners. We congratulate them!

The German Institute for Service Quality [Deutsche Institut für Service-Qualität] tested seven car rental companies in Germany on behalf of the television station n-tv because it wanted to know: How is the service, expertise and customer orientation at car rental providers? Which companies can persuade you with good conditions and cheap prices?
The test winner was novomind client Sixt, which has been using novomind iMAIL on our multi-channel response solution for a long time. The company offers not only the best conditions on average, but was also convincing in terms of service: Very good email processing, the best phone service and a good internet website ultimately contributed to a clear test victory. We congratulate you!

Respect, praise and acknowledgement was also what our client FONIC achieved in a test by 'Connect'. The specialist magazine examined ten mobile phone providers: four network operators Telekom, Vodafone, O2 and Base as well as six discounters. The conclusion: Only Vodafone and FONIC were awarded a ranking of 'good'. FONIC, as the best discounter, achieved 77 of 100 possible points - primarily distinguishing itself with competent answers on the phone and in emails. Congratulations here, too!
