Customers today are increasingly well-informed, and demand in particular rapid and satisfactory processing of their complaints, also taking into account their preferred means of communication. 'Professional complaint management is becoming ever more important, particularly in the travel and insurance sectors. We are currently developing the complaint management module iCLAIM in collaboration with the tourist industry', explains Sylvia Feja, who is responsible for E-Communication at novomind. novomind presented a beta version at the CCW. Another theme at the event was the large area of Web Self Services.
In addition, the Hamburg enterprise presented the novomind iAGENT Supervisor mobile. This solution permits supervisors to monitor social networks, even while underway, and thus react promptly to cases of concern. The team at the exhibition could once again take pleasure in seeing more visitors, both on the exhibition stand and at the TeleTalk demoforums.
