Hamburg-based software experts ensure smooth operation of the Görtz online shops in Germany and Austria / Successful strategic cooperation with Commerce Plus
The next step in the new Görtz omni-channel strategy, sees the shoe retailer from Hamburg base the relaunch of its Internet shops in Germany and Austria on novomind iSHOP
. Since mid-August, the software developed by the Hamburg-based system house for commerce and customer service solutions has ensured the swift and customised operation of the fully responsive online shops. The two online shops were relaunched in close partnership with the e-commerce strategists from Commerce Plus
, who are also based in Hamburg and are responsible for the expansion of the multi-channel business as well as the concept and development of Görtz’s new digital business model. Strategy and software for Görtz’s new digital business – all made in Hamburg.
“The two online shops, goertz.de
, are customised to the specific requirements of a shoe specialist like Görtz,” says Stefan Grieben, COO of novomind. The extremely high speed and the full responsive design allow easy and comfortable access at any time, also from mobile devices. Customers always find the shoes they are looking for without long search processes or loading times. The presentation of all shoe models is matched to the respective requirements; for instance, boots are shown in larger tiles than sneakers.
Says Moritz Koch, Managing Director of Commerce Plus: “novomind iSHOP matches Görtz’s requirements very well. The team supported us very actively in launching our first iSHOP project, for which we are very grateful.”
The Görtz online shops offer the desired products and models in well arranged and attractively designed product lists – from shoes for kids to stylish accessories for men and women. Selecting and ordering are easy and straightforward, with all common payment methods being supported.
