Our flexitime model with a core working time of 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. gives employees the flexibility to arrange their own working hours. If there is more work to be done, your overtime will be compensated for in either free time or payment.
30 days of leave, individual part-time models and the possibility of a sabbatical - being family-friendly is very important to us.
All employees can work remotely, but to keep up personal contact, our teams meet at the office two to four times a month if possible.
