The novomind IQ™ SQL Cartridge enables knowledge from an SQL database to be accessed and utilized dynamically in the course of a session. As no static import process is used, novomind IQ™ always remains on the same level as the database. What is more, all standard SQL commands may be utilized. Moreover, the novomind IQ™ SQL Cartridge enables a wide range of SLQ select commands to be accessed, e.g. to ensure that the agent provides URLs, product information or FAQs, thereby halving the data maintenance time.
A configurable SQL database connection pool ensures optimum performance, even on websites with particularly high visitor rates and means that the number of concurrent SQL database connections is scalable, thereby enabling SQL commands to be executed simultaneously. At the same time, novomind IQ™ supports the parallel utilization of a number of different SQL databases (e.g. product database and FAQ database).
By integrating the novomind IQ™ SQL cartridge into the novomind IQ™ Composer, it is possible to incorporate SQL functionality into the knowledgebase rapidly, flexibly and efficiently.

The novomind IQ™ enfinity™ Cartridge combines the "novomind IQ" software with the Intershop enfinity™ system. It enables novomind IQ Agents™ to be set up as part of an eCommerce application using an enfinity™ system.
The IQ enfinity™ Cartridge thereby creates an easy-to-use interface for Intershop enfinity™ systems. It makes it possible to access product and user-specific data whilst also providing control and guidance functions within the eCommerce application. At the same time, the components may be distributed over a number of hardware platforms in order to maximize performance and scalability.
