novomind iMail™ is an intelligent customer communications software solution based on a natural language dialog system that was developed by novomind AG and has been successfully implemented many times over a number of years.
Incoming e-mails are sorted into pre-defined contexts before being forwarded or answered automatically using existing Knowledge Packs (e.g. changes in address, bank details, delivery queries and product claims).
Thanks to the novomind Composer editing tool, novomind iMail™ requires no "training" and – even in the initial phase – achieves a recognition rate of over 80%.
