novomind iMail™ – Implementation
Implementation – Phase 1
The integration of novomind iMail™ into the existing production process is carried out using POP3 and SMTP standard protocols. The category and knowledge base structures are defined. During the initial test phase, a recognition rate of at least 80% is achieved.
Implementation – Phase 2
During the extended integration phase, interfaces to other systems components are set up (e.g. CTI and CRM software, customer data and knowledge management). Routing routines, business processes and service level management criteria are also defined.
