novomind TrueTALK™ has a fully modular structure and is multi-server and multi-client compatible.

Using novomind TrueTALK™, live operators can provide support for up to 4 concurrent customers. To enable efficient communication, the live operator can access pre-defined responses. These contain both fully-formulated answer texts and push links.

A unique feature of the solution is the optional integration of a novomind IQ™ knowledge base. The knowledge base generates fully automatic responses which can be customized and used by the live operator.

Using its own brand of "IQ", the server only connects customers with operators who are currently available or have specialist training enabling them to deal in detail with the customer’s specific query or request. This can be configured individually according to need.
