The novomind AG Business Unit (BU) services offer professional
internet services for interactive business processes in the eCommerce
sector. From the planning stage to the creation process and the
continuous care services, the BU deals with the entire range of
services involved in the implementation of intranet and internet
applications. At the same time, all measures taken are adapted to
the client's particular needs.
The architecture of the eCommerce applications are proposed in collaboration
with the client and include all the business processes that are
vital to commerce. This does not only involve the store-front, i.e.
the virtual businessplace and visible company-customer interface.
It also includes finance systems, logistics and content management,
as well as product range care and supply chain management. The integration
of these processes has one basic aim: the customer receives the

the structures is carried out using market standards such as Java,
Corba and Oracle. For eCommerce applications, Intershop solutions
prove most effective.
The Service Unit also oversee the implementation, adaptation and
continuous care services of novomind's product range (novomind IQ™
– IPIs™ – and novomind TrueTALK™). This means that the BU services
not only offer complex and integrated eCommerce applications – they
also provide the "human touch" for the intranet and internet. |
