novomind AG is now the major shareholder in management consultancy providers BTIM Unternehmensberatung GmbH. The company focuses primarily on developing concepts for and implementing SAP software. This alliance boosts novomind’s capacity to link up agent technology with SAP systems. A growing number of customers want to see this capacity utilized more often and more effectively, e.g. in online situations where an agent provides information about stock availability and needs to access an SAP product system.

BTIM was founded in Hamburg, Germany in 2002 and currently employs four SAP specialists. The company promarily provides support for medium-sized businesses in the packaging, waste disposal and real estate industries. Partnerships and an extensive network of contacts additionally enable BTIM to handle projects in other market sectors.
